Develop trust relationship with existing and new costumers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their target

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast to internal project team and follow up payment process from customer

Qualification

  • D3/S1 ALL Major

    Have to 2 - 4 years of experience (Internet Services Provider Sales / System Integrator
